Stacy’s Summer Surge: Youth Boot Camp Program
It is a fun and structured way for 6th – 9th graders to continue their strength and endurance while on Summer break. The intro to each class will be a demonstration of the exercises with the main focus on form and technique. The sessions will be unique and a guaranteed challenge for all.
This program is ideal for student athletes, but your child does not have to be playing a sport to be in the program. The workouts are for all fitness levels with modifications for each exercise. Whatever the current fitness level is, they will notice personal improvements. The class will consist of HITT, Tabata, resistance, agility, yoga poses, stretching, and endurance.
Location: Hiawatha Park, Clermont
Ages: boys and girls entering 6th – 9th grade
When: Fridays 3:15- 4:15
6/16, 6/23, 7/7, 7/14, 7/21, 7/28
Cost: $90 paid in full for 6 weeks (includes a tee-shirt) or $20 drop in rate per class
What to bring: water, comfortable clothing, sunglasses or hat, sun screen, yoga mat or towel.
