Workout with Stacy. Kids Fitness games

In the tradition of the home school P.E. program that Stacy has run for years at NTC, she offers  students grade K-5 a variety of activities each session, including sports, games and fitness.  Class will be held at Clermont Waterfront Park.  This 8 week Program Begins June 16th.  Sign up for the 8 week program includes a T-Shirt!  Can’t make all 8 sessions? Drop in for a class. Space is limited. Advanced registration is required!

Kick-start your Summer with a fun and structured six-week boot camp designed for students entering grades 6 to 9. No matter your current fitness level, you’ll see noticeable personal improvements as each workout is tailored with modifications for each exercise. Ideal for the student athlete wanting to stay in shape and motivated through the Summer. This 6 week Program Begins June 16th.  Sign up for the 6 week program includes a T-Shirt!  Can’t make all 6 sessions? Drop in for a class or 5! Advanced registration is required!
